Each treatment is 60 -70 minutes and consists of: consultation, acupuncture treatment, 20-25 minute rest time with needles, and follow up. Other modalities may be used during this time such as moxibustion, electrostimulation, and cupping. Some integrative bodywork is included with each treatment! We may also discuss diet and other therapeutic modalities which will help you with self care and maintenance.
